TEPCO & Canadian Government

Well it turns out that TEPCO has a history of covering up nuclear disasters.

And supposedly now the Canadian government thinks that everything is hunkydory in Japan.

It was eerie driving through the mountains and finally arriving on the west coast of Honshu, Japan.  Everything was normal.  Restaurants open, food in stores, people laughing and smiling.  No aftershocks.  No lineups at gas stations.  So yes, in parts of Japan, things are normal.  In Sendai, Miyagi, Fukushima – it is becoming one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.

  1. I really don’t see anything inflammatory in that article. One worker was told to edit out footage, and then executives lost their jobs when he went public. The rest is all low-level accidents that are just going to happen as we learn how to control nuclear power.
